AMD Research is a platform available for internal use at Telkom Indonesia to keep track of all ongoing research. It also works as a dashboard for visually tracking research progress, showing key performance indicators (OKRs) that have been set. One of the goals of AMD Research is to strengthen the culture of research among employees.

Goal:
The main goal of this revamp is to align the design with user requests, as there were numerous requests for improvements to the website. Additionally, the revamp aims to enhance user experience and make the site easier for users to navigate.
Problem:
The problem is that internal telcos cannot use the AMD application because the functionality of each feature cannot meet the needs of monitoring all research. This important problem must be resolved immediately, by redesigning all parts of the AMD application.
Process:
The first step is to conduct usability testing on the old AMD Research Website to users with 3 different roles, namely researcher, research manager, and stakeholder. Usability testing is carried out to calculate task duration, single ease question, net promotore score, system usability scale, and to get insight from users with 3 different roles, because in the AMD application each role has different features. These insights are grouped, managed, then we brainstorm to get ideas and solutions to existing problems.
